Annual Day Celebration
December - 2024
Maruthi Vidyalaya State Wing celebrated its 46th Annual Day with grandeur on December 12, 2024, at the Nalanda campus (CBSE wing).
Originally planned for December 11, the event was rescheduled as a mark of respect for the late former Chief Minister, S.M. Krishna.
Atmosphere and Organization:
The entire campus and auditorium were adorned with colorful flowers and lights, creating an enchanting and festive ambiance.
The theme of the celebration, "Colours of India," was beautifully woven into every segment of the event.
The day featured three distinct sessions, each showcasing the diversity and talent of the students.
First Session: "Kindergarten to Std II"
Timing: 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The program was inaugurated by dignitaries, including the former Kindergarten Headmistress, Smt. Sarojini Devi.C, current KG Headmistress, Smt. Revathy.G, Administrative Officer, Smt. Dhanalakshmi.R and the Principals of all three wings.
The ceremonial lamp was lit by Smt. Sarojini Devi.C and Smt. Revathy.G, symbolizing the light of knowledge and wisdom.
The little ones stole the show with their colorful costumes and lively performances. Their innocence and enthusiasm brought smiles to everyone in the audience.
Second Session
Timing: 12:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.and
Third Session
Timing: 2:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
These sessions were graced by our President Shri Bhattu Ganesh sir and Secretary Smt. Saroja Ganesh ma'am, whose presence added prestige to the occasion.
Recognizing Excellence
Outstanding academic achievers for the year 2023-24 were felicitated by the Kindergarten Headmistress, Smt. Revathy.G, and the Primary & High School Headmistress, Smt.A. Padmavathy.
Meritorious SSLC students were honoured by the beloved Secretary, Smt. Saroja Ganesh, inspiring all students to strive for excellence.
Cultural Events
The cultural programs truly lived up to the theme "Colours of India," celebrating the nation’s rich heritage and vibrancy. Highlights included:
Music, Dance, and Drama: Heartwarming performances by students from nursery to 10th standard left the audience spellbound.
Fine Arts Display: Students showcased their talent in violin, mridangam, vocal music, and Bharatanatyam, earning loud applause for their dedication and artistry.
The well-coordinated efforts of the staff, led by Mrs. Suprabha.S, Miss Divya Shree.K.K, and Mrs. Asha.H.L, ensured the event ran smoothly. They welcomed the dignitaries and the gathering with grace and enthusiasm during all three sessions.
The celebration concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mrs. Asha.H.L, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the event's success.
The 46th Annual Day was a memorable celebration of talent, unity, and cultural diversity, leaving lasting impressions on everyone present.
Founder's Day
June - 2024
The Maruthi Vidyalaya Group of Institutions celebrated Founder’s Day on June 15, 2024, with great enthusiasm and reverence.
All the teachers from the three wings the State Board, ICSE wing, and CBSE wing, along with their utility staff and drivers, gathered at the CBSE campus at 10:00 a.m. to honor this special occasion.
In a show of unity and respect, all the teachers from the three wings lined up to welcome our esteemed Founder, Smt. Saroja Ganesh, and our President, Sri Bhattu Ganesh sir. This grand celebration, eagerly awaited for four years, was held in the auditorium.
The teachers assembled in the auditorium and sang a heartfelt birthday song to our Founder. From Kindergarten to Std-X, teachers from all three wings presented a variety of programs, including dances and songs, to entertain and honor our Founder.
Our Founder thoroughly enjoyed the day's festivities.
She blessed and thanked everyone, marking the celebration as a memorable and cherished event for the entire Maruthi Vidyalaya family.
The Investiture Ceremony was held in our school premises on 9th June, 2024, marking a significant milestone in our school calendar. The ceremony commenced in the August presence and blessings of our beloved Founder Secretary Smt Saroja Ganesh. The celebration commenced with a soulful invocation sung by Mrs. Mousami Ghosh,
Miss Divyashree followed with a warm welcome to the gathering, acknowledging the presence of our secretary, students, teachers, coordinators and esteemed guest.
On this auspicious day, we were honoured to have Yoga Shree Vardhaman Kalasur as the Guest of Honour. Yogashree Vardhaman Kalasur, a distinguished resource person known for his contributions to the field of yoga and education, graced the occasion along with other dignitaries.
The highlight of the event was the formal investiture of our student leaders. The elected leaders included the School Head Boy and Head Girl, Sports Captain, Sports vice captain, Junior House Leaders and Senior House Leaders, Yoga Leader & Band Captain.
Each leader was adorned with sashes and badges as a symbol of their new responsibilities.
The elected leaders took a solemn oath, pledging to maintain discipline, uphold the values of the school, and perform their duties with integrity and dedication.
Following the oath-taking ceremony, our Guest of Honour, Yogashree Vardhaman Kalasur, delivered an inspiring speech. He emphasized the importance of leadership, discipline, and the role of yoga in personal and academic growth. His words resonated deeply with everyone present, leaving a lasting impact.
The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mrs.Pavan Vasaghi, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the event.
The Investiture Ceremony was not only a celebration of leadership but also a reminder of the collective efforts required to nurture and guide the future leaders of tomorrow.
World Environment Day
June 2024
World Environment Day was celebrated on 5th June 2024 at our school with great enthusiasm. From Kindergarten to Std-10, students actively participated in a variety of activities that showcased their creativity and commitment to the environment. Highlights of the day included:
Skits: Students performed engaging skits that highlighted the importance of protecting our planet and the consequences of neglecting environmental issues.
Drawing Competition: Young artists depicted their visions of a cleaner, greener world through vibrant drawings.
Model Making: Innovative models demonstrating sustainable practices and renewable energy sources were created and displayed.
Best Out of Waste: Students showcased their ingenuity by making bags and other useful items from recycled materials, emphasizing the importance of reducing waste.
Essay Writing: Thought-provoking essays on environmental pollution and conservation strategies were penned by our budding writers.
Piggy Bank Box Creation: Creative piggy bank boxes were crafted, encouraging the idea of saving and sustainability from a young age.
Documentary Screening and Reflection:
An informative documentary on environmental issues was screened, followed by reflective discussions where students shared their insights and solutions for a sustainable future.
The celebration not only educated students about the importance of environmental conservation but also inspired them to take actionable steps towards making a positive impact on our planet.
Orientation Programme
May - 2024
An orientation session was conducted on 18.05.2024 for new students and their parents to familiarize them with the school's policies, facilities, and academic expectations.
Parents were excited and expressed their satisfaction while seeing the 100 % S.S.L.C board exam result
We are confident that this academic year 2024-25 will be a fruitful and enriching experience for all our students.

Welcome Back to a New Academic Year at Maruthi Vidyalaya !
Our school campus has come alive with the vibrant energy of students returning to school with a welcome back board at the entrance of the school.
The school reopened for high school students on 15.05.2024.
Primary classes resumed on 20.05.2024.
Kindergarten: Our youngest learners returned on 27.05.2024.
Teachers gave a warm welcome to the students, ensuring a positive and enthusiastic start to the new term.
The children excitedly entered the portal of Maruthi Vidyalaya, eager to reconnect with their peers and begin their new academic journey.
